A. Arbitration agreement; Class waiver; Waiver of trial by jury.

Additional Rules for Non-Appearance Arbitration. Authority of the arbitrator. Waiver of jury trial. Law courts. In all circumstances where the above-mentioned arbitration agreement authorizes the parties to argue in court, the parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts.
B. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws which may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

C. Modifications of the conditions
We may change these terms from time to time.
